General Membership Usage

  • • All membership updates are made via Maira Resort India's official WhatsApp.
  • • All vouchers are one-time use only and cannot be reused, extended, or revalidated.
  • • Membership benefits are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refund.
  • • Expired or unused benefits are not reissued or compensated.

Validity & Expiry

  • • Valid from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.
  • • No extensions are granted unless explicitly stated or paid for.

Booking & Redemption

  • • Coupon redemptions are not valid on blackout or wedding/festive dates.
  • • Prior reservation is recommended for smooth redemption.
  • • All bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
  • • Voucher usage must be declared at booking time before billing.

Stay & Dining Policies

  • • Standard check-in: 2 PM, check-out: 10 AM.
  • • Upgrades/add-ons are chargeable separately.
  • • Dining vouchers are valid only on specified menus.
  • • Alcohol-related offers follow legal compliance and responsible service policies.

Spa & Wellness Policies

  • • All spa related vouchers are applicable only on listed therapies on the app/web portal, not applicable on products or any other services.
  • • Complimentary spa therapy coupons are only valid from Monday to Friday, not on weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
  • • Listed therapies include Basic Massage, Swedish, Balinese, Aromatherapy, and Royal Thai. They are subject to availability and may be modified or substituted at the sole discretion of the management without prior notice.
  • • All spa bookings are subject to advance appointments.
  • • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without compensation or cancellation of appointment.
  • • Guests must disclose medical conditions before availing treatments.
  • • The spa reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

  • • Membership accounts are linked to a registered mobile number.
  • • OTP sharing or credential sharing is treated as authorized usage.
  • • Maira reserves rights to suspend membership and block redemptions in suspected misuse cases.
